Parking Near the Fair

The newly refurbished Maynard Street Parking Structure provides
convenient parking two blocks from the center of the Original Fair.
Evening and Saturday parking is available at the University of Michigan
parking garage on Thayer and Washington, and at the Palmer Deck (enter
off Washtenaw and take the walkway), both immediately adjacent to the
Fair. Many downtown city structures and lots cost $10 a day ($5 after
5 PM). Neighborhood parking is available all along State St. and north
of Washington at schools, churches, and apartment buildings for a fee.
